I used this recipe, and things turned out pretty alright! It’s a bit too sweet for my family’s tastes (and mine, for once), so I’ll probably use less sugar next time, and a tad less ginger. A clove of garlic and slightly more soy sauce should round the taste out nicely.
I’m slowly getting better at this~
